During the last month of 2019, the first Electric Company truck left our factory in Hadera.

Working in collaboration and after understanding the customers’ requirements, our in-house engineering team adapted a winch manufactured by BREVINI Italy.

BREVINI Italy manufactures the highest standard of winches in the world.

The factory in Italy utilizes engineering equipment and modern production per all laws and standards and focuses on research and testing of finished materials. Aizinberg Hydraulics is proud to be a distributor of products made by BREVINI in Israel.

The winch adapted to the customer's requirements has a pulling cable of about 96 meters and a pulling power of 6 tons.

The project includes in-house engineering, planning, and construction while maintaining professionalism and safety. The following stages were part of the work process:

1. Cut the truck's reinforcement profiles to install the winch.
2. Place the winch on one of our in-house manufactured coupling pads.
3. Weld the pad containing the winch on the truck and then paint it.
4. Connect the hydraulic equipment: pressure hoses, valves, and the selector.
5. Safety inspection and road access permit.
